About Our ESASCCO

The Eswatini Association of Savings and Credit Cooperatives (ESASCCO) is the apex body for Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs) in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Established on 6 June 1988, ESASCCO is registered under the Eswatini Cooperative Societies Act and operates as a representative, support, and development agency for the cooperative financial sector.

Serving 39 SACCOs with a combined membership of approximately 60,000 individuals, ESASCCO plays a critical role in promoting sustainable cooperative growth, sound governance, and financial inclusion. We work closely with our member SACCOs to enhance operational efficiency, build institutional capacity, and advocate for enabling policy and regulatory environments.
